Pursuant to an agreement between SWN Media LLC and TD Media LLC, SWN Media LLC has been hired by TD Media LLC for a period beginning on 11/10/2024 and ending on 11/11/2024 to publicly disseminate information about (JTAI:US) via digital communications. Under this agreement, SWN Media LLC has been paid seventeen thousand five hundred USD (“Funds”) to disseminate information about (JTAI:US) via digital communications. To date, including under the previously described agreement, SWN Media LLC has been paid fifty-two thousand five hundred USD (“Funds”) for (JTAI:US). These Funds were part of the funds that TD Media LLC received from Jet.AI Inc., the issuer of (JTAI:US). Neither SWN Media LLC, TD Media LLC or their member own shares of (JTAI:US).
